Calling all cuties - fantastic prizes to be won
Five finalists will be chosen to attend a photo shoot in Sydney on August 19, 2008.
After this shoot, the Baby of the Year will be chosen by the Australian Parents editorial team.
FIRST PRIZE
The Baby of the Year 2008 will receive $10,000 cash, which will be awarded as a cheque payment.
Plus, the winner will appear on the cover of Australian Parent's Oct/Nov '08 issue.
FOUR FINALISTS
Four finalists will share $10,000 worth of runner-up prizes from our sponsors:

- Johnson's Baby

- Australian Scholarships Group
Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
Each finalist's guardian will receive an economy flight to Sydney from their nearest capital city and receive one night's accommodation (minimum 3-star, maximum 4-star). Transfers, meals and any incidental costs are not included in the prize.
READER'S CHOICE PRIZE
The baby who wins our Readers' Choice prize will receive a Gold Coast theme park adventure for a family of four.
The baby you help select will win:
- Return airfares from their closest Jetstar departure point to Coolangatta, Queensland.
